Response to Anti-Social Forces
Basic Policies
The company shall set forth the following basic policies to avoid and eliminate any relationship with anti-social forces completely:

The company shall avoid any relationship with anti-social forces in order to fulfill its corporate social responsibilities and protect its corporate values.

The company shall coordinate with external professional organizations, such as the police, lawyers, and the National Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan (organized crime groups) to consult with them on how to respond or ask them to take action if an unreasonable demand is made by anti-social forces.

If an unreasonable demand is made by anti-social forces, the company shall fulfil its civil responsibility and lodge a criminal complaint.

The company must not engage in any conduct that is convenient for anti-social forces, such as providing funds and making transactions with them.

The company shall cope with anti-social forces systematically.
